Terms of use

IronConvoy is a free community service for drivers, currently in testing. Features can change, be interrupted or become unavailable. Do not rely on it as your sole means of communication or recordkeeping.

Keep the community safe

Follow the community rules. Sexual-service solicitation, explicit sexual content, exploitation, threats, harassment, trafficking and arranging harmful criminal activity are prohibited. Share only material you are entitled to share, respect other people’s privacy and do not evade restrictions.

The owner can review reports, remove content and restrict account or voice access. Automated text screening can make mistakes or miss harmful content. Use the private review controls to report a concern or explain a mistaken hold. Live radio is not automatically moderated.

Set up while parked

Follow traffic laws and your employer’s requirements. Driving Mode is an aid, not permission to interact with a phone while driving. Park safely for typing, searching, account setup or other distracting tasks. Screen-lock and background radio are not dependable on every device.

Information is not navigation or professional advice

Road reports, parking availability, stop details and reviews come from drivers or map listings and may be wrong or outdated. Route planning is a planning aid, not navigation. Verify truck restrictions, clearances, signs and conditions independently before travel. No parking space or safe route is guaranteed.

Need a Buddy offers peer conversation, not counseling, diagnosis or emergency response. For immediate danger in the U.S., call 911. For crisis support, call or text 988. Detention calculations are personal estimates, not guaranteed payment, legal advice or an electronic logging device record.

Accounts, content and meet-ups

Protect your password and recovery key. Share only the profile and location details you want the selected audience to see. You retain your content; submitting it permits IronConvoy to store, display and process it for the features and audience you select, including safety review.

Meet in a well-lit public place, tell someone you trust and keep cargo details private. A handle, profile or RSVP does not verify someone’s identity.

Questions and privacy

Read the privacy policy for data practices and controls. Use Contact & support for a problem, privacy request or moderation question. The owner’s inbox is not continuously monitored and is not an emergency service.
